Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of The Designer Studio (thedesignerstudio.app). By signing in you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the firm you work for.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and use the studio only for your firm’s work. Your firm’s owner decides who belongs to the firm and can remove members.

Your content

Your firm owns the projects, plans, presentations, ARRs and other content it puts in the studio. You give us permission to store and process that content only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Make sure you have the right to upload what you add, such as builder plans and product images.

Linked tools

When you link Google, Microsoft 365 or AutoCAD, the studio acts in those accounts only for the features you use. Emails and orders the studio prepares are drafts until you send or approve them. You can unlink at any time on the Linked tools page.

AI suggestions

AI designers and assistants suggest products, layouts, prices and dates. They can be wrong. Review selections, dimensions, prices and availability before you present, approve or order. The firm remains responsible for its designs, orders and client commitments.

Vendors and orders

Product information, prices and stock come from vendors and can change. Orders are between your firm and each vendor; we are not a party to them.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to access other firms’ data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the studio available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may update features and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your firm paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending use

Your firm can stop using the studio at any time and ask us to delete its data. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
